A bone cleaver is made of 40Cr13 purified stainless steel, which tends to be durable and stay sharp for a long period. The weight of the knife is up to 600 gram. Thicker and heavier knife tip adds more force to the knife in chopping bones. Single piece steel knife blade and knife tang extended to the handle gives the knife great stability and toughness, which is much safer.
It is a heavy duty cleaver knife designed for chopping poultry bones, cartilages and ribs. Hand wash is recommended.
