What are your shipping and processing times?
Processing Time for Orders: Order verification, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-2 business days of ordering.
Standard Shipping Times
— USA and Canada: 7-15 days
— Europe Union: 7-20 days
— Singapore, Taiwan,Japan : 5-15 days
— Other Countries: 15-30 days
Notes:
— Express shipping is not available to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
— Shipping time does not include the 1-2 day processing period working days required to process your order from the date it was placed.
— We will do our best to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and customs clearance issues.
— If your package does not arrive within 40 days of placing your order, you must contact customer service within 180 days of placing your order.

Returns
We stand by our 30 days refund policy and are happy to refund your goods on the criteria below:
Our Returns policy lasts 30 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
The kniveSource returns form must be filled out within 30 days of receiving your delivery.
The cost of the return delivery shall be covered by the customer unless confirmed by us.
You must enter the email address you used when ordering when filling out the returns form. Once your return form has been reviewed by a member of staff, you will be given a KRN NUMBER – ( kniveSource return number)
If your item is damaged/ faulty, we will be able to facilitate a free return/replacement for you.

I got this knife because I wanted a blade that could be used to cut anything I wanted, and this one does the job. I’ve wanted a Chinese vegetable cleaver for a while and this knife doesn’t disappoint. I have the dual purpose cleaver by the same company and it is awesome but a bit too heavy for more detailed and fast veg prep.
