This knife tends to be applied to slice soft materials such as meat, fruit and vegetable, dice, mince and chops small size poultry bones like chicken bones. Wide blade could be used as a tray and to crush garlics.

Unique wet sharpening craftsmanship prevents the edge metallographic structure from phase change and keeps the edge sharp for quiet a long time and is easy to be sharpened. The former part of the blade is for slicing, the latter part is for chopping.

SL1309-AB Meat Bone Chopper

SL1309-AB is made from 50Cr15MoV high carbon stainless steel. It tends to be flexible, corrosion resistant and be sharpened easily.
