Knife was delivered swiftly, best bread knife I’ve ever used. Sharp with a good weight balance. Length is not too long or short for any size of bread. Slices like butter, very minimal crumbing thus making for easy clean up after. Wooden handle also looks artisan, blade is made well with branding and SHAN ZU insignia beautifully stamped.
