Returns

We stand by our 30 days refund policy and are happy to refund your goods on the criteria below:

Our Returns policy lasts 30 days after receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

The kniveSource returns form must be filled out within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

The cost of the return delivery shall be covered by the customer unless confirmed by us.

You must enter the email address you used when ordering when filling out the returns form. Once your return form has been reviewed by a member of staff, you will be given a KRN NUMBER – ( kniveSource return number)

If your item is damaged/ faulty, we will be able to facilitate a free return/replacement for you.
