The Japanese chef’s Knife is made of superior VG-10 steel as its core, covered with 430 stainless steel, and combined with the triple-steel sandwich technology to achieve a hardness of 60 HRC, ensuring a long-lasting sharpness and ease of re-sharpening.
The blade is finely honed to minimize fingerprints and keep food from sticking to the surface of the knife during daily use.
